By downloading, installing, or using CureIt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

CureIt is a Hospital Management System that provides a digital platform for:

• Patients to book and manage appointments with doctors
• Doctors to manage their availability, schedules, and patient consultations
• Lab technicians to manage and deliver lab test results
• Hospital administrators to oversee and manage hospital operations

3. User Accounts

To use CureIt, you must create an account or sign in using Google. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading health information
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to transmit harmful content or malware
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

5. Medical Disclaimer

CureIt is a management and coordination tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The App facilitates communication between patients and healthcare providers but is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CureIt — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of CureIt and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CureIt and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, health complications, or any other intangible losses.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any activity that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the integrity of the App.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
